Homemade Cranberry Jam


Recipe:
340 g fresh or frozen cranberry ( 1 package)
80 g sugar
1 cup water

I got this recipe from the package of cranberry, it calls for 200 g sugar. I reduced it to 80 g, and it tastes good!


My breadmaker has a 80 mins procedure for making jam, so I just used it. It is very easy, the only tip I want to share is: You may want to use foil to conver the inner bucket. Some cranberries may pop up and fall into the gap, then get burn there.
