第一阶段减肥成果
5月21日-6月15 日,26天减了3kg(起时体重的4.4%)。 计算了一下,如果每个周期(28天)都能减掉该周期起始体重的4.4%的话,应该可以在11月30日的时候就达到目标体重50kg。
本阶段养成了一个好习惯,做水果沙拉。其实我不太爱吃水果,尤其是不爱吃苹果。但是后来我发现把苹果切成小块之后,就觉得好吃了:) 究其原因,我记得我过去只喜欢吃桔子和香蕉,都是懒人的水果,不用洗,不用削,剥了皮就吃。心里觉得削苹果麻烦,而且过去牙龈总出血,咬一口苹果,苹果上印上了好多鲜血,觉得好恶心。可能因此就有什么心理暗示,觉得苹果不好吃了。但是切好块之后,看着赏心悦目,吃着省事,也就觉得这些水果都好吃了:)
